Veterans United online user experience is excellent. I could tell that a lot of care and time has been put into the interface, and there are a lot of great educational tools. This was especially helpful for me as a first time home buyer. I appreciate that everything is oriented to the VA loan. It made me confident that I was using a lender who was an expert at my type of loan. It is easy to complete to-do list items using the website, and I was able to keep up with the process despite my crazy work schedule. Veterans appraiser got Covid, rather than turn my appraisal in to be reassigned he waited two weeks. I could have lost the home. Sellers were not happy. Also i had a non refundable flight and lost $153 because we had to reschedule closing.

Veterans United has the best team of specialists. I heard horror stories from other first time home buyers(Non-Veterans). However, my team at VU was amazing. Communication was always open & clear. Response time was almost instant, unless I sent a message after business hours I knew by morning I would see a response. Everything was seamless from beginning to closing. I loved the fact that I could upload my documents to the secure portal. That definitely made processing time much quicker.
