Veterans United is such a great company to work with. Everyone from the loan originator to the closing specialist to the underwriting officer were great to work with. Every step of the process was explained and there were no surprises. Wonderful company and wonderful people.
Tim Langdon, along with the rest of the Veterans United family, have been extremely helpful and with me every step of the way. From the original closing, to the refinance, it was all throughly explained and not a single beat was missed! Not to mention the little (welcome home) gifts I received from them that made me feel even more at home! I will always refer the business!

Veterans United was wonderful through this very difficult process. This is the second time we used a VA loan, and our loan officer walked us through the steps while explaining everything. The dashboard to submit paperwork online was super convenient and a million times better then how we went through the process the first time through a different loan lender. While Closing, we ran into several snags with the underwriter and our team did everything they could to get us to close in a timely manner! Our family is very appreciative of everything they did for us!
I don't know if I should mention this here but I was not at all pleased with the appraiser that was sent from the VA. It was not his appraisal skills that was the problem but his taking care of business in a timely manner.
I do not blame Veterans United for his power trip. They have no say in who the VA sends but be assured I will let the VA know of my dissatisfaction.

If in doubt or not sure, Call Them. This was my first home purchase and did not believe anyone would be able to successfully help me buy a home at my age. They took the ball and really did the hard work for me. Just ask. You will not know unless You do.
Veterans United made the home buying experience easy. You can get everything done through them; loan, realtor, inspection, insurance, etc. They have someone for everything.

The people in this company from the loan team all the way to Realitor bent over backwards until I was totally happy. They stayed in contact and answered any issues thru closing and all the way until I took possession and even helped find people to help me move!! Being disabled vet and a person with disabilities it really helped a Lot! Thank you!
