very quick and great experience

If anyone is even considering a home I would highly recommend this program.

When the other loan specialists on the "team" says that they will call you back shortly with an answer and you wait two to three days and have to call them back to get an answer it's bad and made me think of ditching the loan after the third time. I had to sell my car at the last minute to lower my debt to income ratio, then almost five days later the underwriter decided to ask if I bought another vehicle. This in turn caused the loan not to close on time and the sellers started asking serious questions about the loan process. I feel that I should have gone with a different loan company sometimes.
Response from Veterans United
Hi James, thanks for keeping us in the loop and for sharing your experience. We understand the stress involved when an unexpected complication delays a home closing. While there are aspects of the loan process that can only take place once all conditions have been satisfied; it is important that we take all feedback into account and look for ways to promote excellent customer service. One of our Client Advocate team members is available to learn more so that we may understand your recent feedback. We are here to serve you and hope to hear from you soon to learn what may have been differently to provide a great experience.
