I highly recommend Veterans United. They were super helpful and EXTREMELY patient with me as a new home buyer and I really appreciate that as I have had issues with people not having the patience. We opted to use Veterans United, when the builder/seller's - in house finance department- inexperience and lack of knowledge in the VA loan process became apparent. Veterans United is superior in many aspects, but like all great organization, there is always room for improvement. I suggest improving timely and frequent communications throughout the loan processes with potential customers. It has a calming and reassuring effect. We also liked the gifts and T-shirt.
I appreciate how quick and proficient John and his team were throughout the entire buying and refinancing process of my home. I have used John and his team twice, and both times were excellent.
