Its stressful purchasing a new home. I am a very busy person and the process to purchase is easy. Veterans Home makes it easy to do paperwork and get things processed. If I had any thing bothering me, I just sent a text or called, and they answered my questions quickly. I thought someone was going to pressure me to buy a house once I made contact with them, but that was never the case. We started the process over 2 years ago, and my team completely understood when I wasn't sure about a property. Once I was ready, they jumped into action and walked me through the process.

The process took longer than I thought it would button your defense. You were very, very thorough and I thank you for that.
The main reason I didn't give a higher rating is because once the loan was initiated I was constantly dealing with multiple "loan associate", approximately 4 and my interaction with Cole was not at the level I feel it should have been. One of those associates, Madison, was repeatedly asking for information she had previously been sent or had been uploaded to the document portal. She also was not clear on some instructions early on which lead to confusion regarding USAA canceling my homeowner's policy and having to have it reinstated.
We had a great experience with Rob Hayward (loan officer) and Rachel Jones (realtor) through Veterans United. They were super helpful, responsive, and stuck with us even when we switched homes midway through the process. Everything went smoothly and when it didn’t they both gave us more than we expected. We’d definitely recommend VU!
