The entire process was streamlined and responsive. Easy-no scrambling for paperwork, very low stress, just open your account page every few days and see if there is anything new that you need to do. Also, the account page has a message at the top telling you what stage you are at, from beginning to closing; even after closing, informing you of where to send your first payment.I found the "To Do" list design easy to navigate and organized; upload a document and boom, it is crossed off the list after they review it.Great support team. Responsive to phone calls, answered all questions,Underwriters were not as demanding as previous refi experiences, where they were ridiculous about some trivial matters.
