After closing date was finally set, and told all paperwork was completed, we received 2 or 3 docu-sign documents to review and sign. Also after first review of closing cost to us, we got a Cashiers check for that amount. Day of closing we noticed the cost went up $30, with no explanation. The last week or so changed my opinion very much.
Nick and his team were very helpful throughout the whole process. Always ready to answer any questions I had along the way. Hunter Brumley was one of the first people I worked with and he did an outstanding job on his tasks. Everyone I was in contact with returned phone calls and emails promptly and I never felt like I was waiting on a call back. Lastly and most importantly to me is that through the whole process I never felt like a customer or client, they had a way of making me feel like my family and I was the number one priority.
Veteran know there stuff. Make you feel like family. I would highly recommend them. Amanda is a great person to help you in any way 10 stars. Thanks again Veterans for all ya help. We appreciate everything.
One of the easiest closings I ever had. Mystle, Amanda and Jordan were available for questions and answered promptly. The even provided numbers for utility companies, movers, and other information to make my transition smooth and less stressful … if I ever move again or have friends or family moving, I will highly recommend them. My experience with VU is rated well over 10! I have now bought 3 houses, sold 2 houses and refinanced twice all with help of Daniel Heggarty. He has always been honest and straightforward. I’m not a business transaction, I feel like I’m apart of the family. He’s always returned my calls over the years to answer my questions about the market and my house. He’s even called or emailed me on a few occasions just to inform me of news worthy stuff that might affect my situation. His team has always been just as helpful, responsive and just down right nice. I’m sticking with VU and I feel you should too.

Cindy's attention to detail and her warm welcoming customer service got me to the finish line of the loan process without any serious delays. The "to do list" on " My Veteran's United" page was easy to understand and constantly updated when a task was completed. I always had a live person to speak with over the phone if I had any questions.
