I don’t believe you guys will be hurt as a business when I do not refer any of my friends and family to you but I am choosing so because of the experience that I’ve had. Buying a home is stressful as it is and you’re the professionals to help us in that process. This was a terrible experience for us. This wasn’t out first time buying either. There were multiple documents that were incorrect. We missed two separate closings. I do hope this emails helps you improve where needed so others won’t have to experience the process we did.
