I would advise any potential Veteran homebuyer to seek out VETERANS UNITED. This group of experts have orchestrated & fine tuned a program that covers all facets of the loan process & beyond. I was able to buy a higher coverage car insurance. I was matched up with a realtor here in Arizona. As I first time home buyer the process was at times overwhelming. All good people they are!
In return I received so much. Honesty, personal recognition and MY OWN HOME!
Sheri from Arizona

To the entire Ryan Cannon team; to use a NAVY term BRAVO ZULU.

Awesome company to work with from your first purchase or refinance. Very satisfied customer two times over!

Definitely, the right choice going with Veterans United!

Tyler Oakley was a very great loan specialist. I'd highly recommend him to any veterans that are attempting to use their VA loan. He was very timely and flexible helping in several areas of the country my wife and I were looking at. Chas Roach Home Buying Concierge and his entire team were very poor, I'd rate them a 1 out of 10. Miscommunication, provided poor service, didn't help resolve issues, instead created more issues than needed to be. Very unprofessional and biased towards veterans, wouldn't recommend using that program at all, find your own realtor and movers in advance, before reaching out to find a home loan special list.

Hi Charlie, thank you for taking time out of your day to share this information. It is our goal to provide the same expert and reliable communication you received from your loan team as through your dedicated Home Buying Concierge. We would like to learn more about your experience and find out what may have prevented the process from getting off track. We invite you to connect with our team and become a part of our effort to continuously improve the client experience at Veterans United.

I would like to say that Veterans United was great for me and my family Thank You so much.

Jon, Kyle, and the entire VU team were fantastic! We could not be happier with our experience and believe we would not have received such excellent service with any other lender. From day 1 over a year ago, Jon made us feel as the most important clients. His attention to detail and professionalism are truly special. We have purchased several homes in our lifetime, this by far was the best experience.

The stress and emotional impact of departmental disorganization or lack of efficient communication made what should have been an enjoyable home buying experience a completely horrible experience. Therefore, we will never use United Veterans for another home purchase, nor will we recommend anyone else use this service.
Response from Veterans United
Hi Darrell, we appreciate the chance to hear from you and we understand that the communication may not have exceeded expectations. We want everyone to feel that we go above and beyond to deliver outstanding service. Our team will be researching your appraisal process to determine what our team may do in the future to help prevent a similar closing delay. The appraisal process is managed directly by the Department of Veterans Affairs, and we understand how the home buying process can become stressful when working to overcome an unexpected delay. A member of our Client Advocate is available to speak with you and learn more about what may have caused you to feel this way. We invite you providing more detail and help us look to improve.

Easiest part of the home buying process!

The process was a lot simpler than I thought it would be. I felt very comfortable with Ali from the very first phone call. She was very knowledgeable and professional. Ali set me up with a great Real Estate Professional. Everyone seemed to work together well. My wife and I are very satisfied with the whole team from Veterans United and CoVA Realty. Thank you everyone. I would totally recommend them to any veteran looking to buy a home.

Would recommend to all veterans

Just because they have the word Veteran in their title does not mean they have figured out how to make the Streamline refinance actually be more streamlined. There was no document checklist and the duplication of requests for documents was annoying. If VU is really going to try to cater to Veterans, they need to seriously improve their processes, develop a master list of documents needed and give that list to the vet. This process felt amateurish.
Response from Veterans United
Thank you, Patrick. We appreciate your comments immensely, and we know how tiresome it can be to tackle paperwork head on each day. One of our Client Advocate team members has begun to research your comments, and will be working hard to learn as much as possible about what caused your closing delays. While we cannot change the experience you had we are committed to accountability, exploring ways to improve, and seeking opportunities to continue serving you. Should you wish to share more information regarding this or any other matter, then please do not hesitate to connect with us.
