Home buying is never an easy process. However, I’ve worked with Veteran’s United, specifically Jeff Magsamen, and have always been able to get the end results I was looking for. Jeff is amazing and highly recommend him to anyone going through the home buying process. I understand that the VA has a different process than other lenders and at times I had difficulty understanding some of VU’s requirements but everything always worked out due to the determination of Jeff and his team!
The process was so streamlined and easy! My loan officer knew exactly what paperwork was needed and everything went through with the underwriter the first time around.

Veterans United staff were great. The process was painless and very easy to upload. There were tons of files required which seemed overwhelming at times, but I am sure the required forms would have been the same regardless of the lender. I would recommend any of my friend to contact Ashley as she appeared to be a straight shooter and helpful.
