Veterans United dropped the ball on certain things like when the appraisal came back and no one let any of the parties know until two days after, which was one day before we needed all documents due. On top of that dropped the ball on a certain document to close. Causing us not only to change our closing time but to rush the process of closing cost money as we literally heard back on how much it would be 20 minutes before our closing time and it still managed to change when we were sitting with the attorney. luckily we had 2 checks made. We were fortunate enough for them to let us do it after hours as well. Everything else with veterans United was great.

The VU home loan offered the lowest rate (2.25) compared to other lenders (2.825). Jerry’s team communicated well and timely. They are the only lender who initiated a group text and email, to open the lines of communication. No longer do I have to play phone tag. Thank You so much for closing our loan in 35 days, while other lenders required 45 days for VA loans.

The team is thorough and extremely efficient in sending all the necessary information to complete the home buying process, I feel as though I’ve gained a vast insight to what home buying truly means thanks to Nick and his team and my Realtor Steve!

Danny explained everything and made the process easier. He really educated me on the lrocess and his team was always available to answer my questions or concern, and I never felt like i was rushed.
