I never thought I would ever be able to buy a home. I've had credit issues in the past, but I got those straightened out and improved my choices. Next thing you know I'm able to purchase a home, quite easily I might add. Through Veterans United.
The process can be confusing for those of us who are not well versed on how everything works. It can be very difficult to understand. The only suggestion I would make, because the website with the to do list helps a lot, is to gather all the data first, all the documentation, and then set the closing date 30 days out, just in case there are any issues, or any further documentation is needed. I know it can be unpredictable, but it seems the standard two weeks out just is not enough; therefore it has to be extended over and over again. In order to ensure the process runs smoothly, I think a standard 30 days would be a lot better. I also think that getting all necessary documentation before the process is even initiated would be better as well, thank you.
This is our 3rd time working with Veterans United, and hopefully our last, but we have never been disappointed with the kindness, professionalism, and dedication of their TEAM!

Their kindness and attentiveness made this process as stress free as possible.Tony went above and beyond to walk us through the financial aspect of buying a home. I was worried that this would be stressful but Tony was sure to make the process easy from beginning to end. Tony was always very responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and addressed any questions and concerns we had along the way. She took time to get to know our family and make sure we had everything we needed to close on our new home as promptly as possible. She was very responsive, hard working, and kind. She always found the answers to anything we threw her way. Julie remembered little details about our daughter and put together a beautiful package with woodland themed baby books and gifts to match her nursery.Ben was also very kind and attentive. Thankfully he was right there to remind us of the little things you would tend to forget about. Ben was quick to provide us with the information for finding movers, forwarding mail, life insurance, setting up tv and internet. He was very helpful and made the whole process come together in the end! We appreciate his hard work and help with wrapping everything up.It was an absolute pleasure to work with and get to know everyone on the team! They were all very professional, thoughtful, hard working, knowledgeable, and kind. Their hard work and dedication to our family did not go unnoticed! I would 10 out of 10 recommend their team to help anyone looking to purchase a home. They made us feel confident throughout the entire process and closed the deal with ease!
