First time using VU but process was smooth right from the very start. Unlike other major VA lenders who can make the process long and drawn out, VU has a simple process with real time updates. I will definitely use their services again. Scott Davis is a phenomenal loan officer and a real nice guy. I cannot say enough about him, he was consistent with answering my calls and text even on weekends when I needed to increase my loan amount.
