If you are thinking about getting a VA loan give VU a chance, their rates are competitive, they understand the military lifestyle. I had many preapprovals, some for better rates but rates are not everything, customer service is and you will find no better then Veterans Untied. Veteran’s United staff did a great job of staying in close communication, we’re extremely responsive, and worked well with the realtors in this highly competitive market. They were able to close the loan in 30 days from proposal acceptance to closing. VA loans can close in 30 days!!!
Process very long. Too many steps had to be repeated. Communication needed improvement. But i would consider using then again. But as i stated the underwriters were horrible. Very bad
