Veterans United far exceeded my expectations for my first home buying experience. From the very beginning with Nikki Cooper was a whiz in inspecting my credit report for any hiccups that may occur; when I overcame that hurdle, Devin took the baton and set me up with the most incredible realtor in northern Virginia, Ruth Garvey. From there, I was placed in the competent hands of Ashley, who was encouraging and sent helpful information and was lightning-fast with a response no matter how minuscule the question. In the final stretch, I met Olivia, who worked magic with the loan and sent me the best news ever, "Cleared to Close." I know I forgot someone, but everyone was great! I read many reviews on the site and was hesitant based on some of the information I read but never felt that I was "just another first-time homebuyer or that the priority and goal were not to get me over the finish line to homeownership. I have no cons. I always felt like I knew what the next step would be, and with the portal, I always knew what was needed by Veterans United.As a veteran and a first-time homeowner, I am grateful for the customer service and seamless process I experienced. 5-stars, two thumbs up!!!!
