The process from an initial inquiry to the final steps of closing was very painless. Everyone I dealt with was very courteous and professional and helpful throughout the process, what a great experience! I have purchased several homes in the past. This is definitely the best company I have had the experience of working with.
I wish there were better levels of email communication and not using the additional thread methods of emails. When I opened my emails it was from a previous email that has requested information I had already provided. In my opinion each email should be a new email, not an existing email with added instructions.

Great experience! Veterans United Home Loans made the process of getting a VA-backed jumbo home loan so much easier than we thought it would be. The entire team bent over backwards to guide us through the process and were willing to work around our busy schedules to make themselves available to answer our questions in the evenings and weekends. Additionally, the online document submission and signature system was so easy to use I was even able to sign documents from my phone ahead of closing.
