Good experience, even though it was long and somewhat delayed. No fault of veterans United just simply the timing with buying and selling amongst 3 separate families. Only negative thing throughout entire process would be there seems to be way to much confusion with underwriting and 401k information. This however is not such a problem that I wouldn’t use Veterans United in the future

The whole team was amazing! They stayed in contact with me. Anytime I had a question they were quick to respond to emails or VM. Even during the longer wait periods when it was just waiting for paperwork to go through, they would call just to give quick updates.
