I told them numerous times this was my first time purchasing a home and that I would like to be contacted through each step to have everything explained to me. This never happened. All I got were emails. It was very impersonal. I never mentioned anything because I didn’t want something to go “wrong” with my loan because I complained. I won’t be using your service again and I won’t be recommending it to anyone. I was referred to you by 3 different people who had great experience. I’m not interested in being contacted about this. There’s nothing your company can do to change my mind.

I checked several ratings before selecting Veterans United, and VU consistently was either number one or two on each of the five sites. I had heard about VU from friends in the past who had used them for a VA loan, but I'd never thought I'd do that. The VU process and the interactive portal enabled me to take care of the application and all the paperwork quickly and easily, even through my smartphone.The MyVeteransUnited Portal was key to making this process efficient and timely. I could easily upload any files needed, electronically sign the documents, and could see the status of each item as it moved through the submission and review process. This is a huge win for using technology correctly!After having gone through the process, I cannot imaging choosing anyone else but Veterans United. Not only was my individual loan specialist amazing, but the entire team of professionals with whom I interacted were all consistently top notch! While I've heard others talk of horror stories with VA loans, Veterans United made my process straightforward and logical. I cannot thank Cameron, Brandon and the entire team for their invaluable help!
