Erin West deserves to be mentioned in this review also. She coordinated my loan and put up with many questions and concerns from me via emails, texts and calls. She remained patient, helpful and professional throughout the process. I highly recommend her involvement in any person's future endeavors. Erin deserves a 10 out of 10 without a doubt, and honestly the entire team performed far better than a simple ten-point rating system can convey.
If VU sends documents needed to sign via email, please send a text or call as i infrequently check email and when it came for final documents ended up delaying my closing due to a 3 day wait period
Also, whe you talk todufferent folks on the team and they say they will let you know about something, ask how theybwould like to be contacted. If i take time to call, i hate texts and email, then asknif i would like a call back instead of just an email which i have no idea it is waiting for me

Betsy Travis seemed a little incompetent. She asked for the same documents that we had already sent to Alice time and time again. Would request documents at 1:30 pm and then get off at work at 2:30 pm. This seemed like a process that could greatly be improved.
