Due diligence, due diligence, due diligence! Do you due diligence on everyone during your home buying experience. Just know that you do not have to keep anyone on your team whom you feel does not posses the necessary confidence in their abilities. Know that everything is up for negotiation and/or compromise. Read, and re-read ALL documents for accuracy and finally, do not agree to anything you are not comfortable with, no matter how sweet it sounds. It was a pleasure working with Angelica, Craig, and my realtor and I appreciate all of the hard work that out into assisting me, helping me, rooting for me every step along the way!
