Veterans United made our refi as painless as possible. It was a step by step process and we were not inundated with everything at one time. Keep in mind that a VA Loan does have a few more requirements.

In addition, Jerry’s team including Taylor Fruits who also was readily available and eager to help when I had questions were outstanding as well in delivering outstanding, nice, professional service throughout the entire process.
The only reason I am not giving 10s is because there was a lack of communication a few weeks before the closing. I had some questions about rates and it took a few days to get a returned call. Once I did get a returned call it was super easy.

Veterans United were great in so many ways, I don't know you drop the ball. But we are still waiting for our money. We have never had a hold put on refi funds. But then it was put thru a lawyer to issue the checks.
I don't understand the difference in the the 2 cash amounts to the borrower. I see where the Lender pick up some costs, so why did our amount go down? Anyway too much going on in our life.

All around great group; veterans united, Joe Choi, and his team. They clearly knew their stuff and were ready to help me through a multitude of challenges throughout the process. Never failing to keep me informed or answer all of my seemingly stupid questions. They totally rocked the whole experience. I will definitely recommend each of them to people i know as well as use them again, in the future.
