I would like to recognize Jeff Ferguson & Shan Shauffler for the efforts on my Cash-out, VA refi. This loan took over a year to close, my fault NOT theirs, and thru it all they never quit, gave up or pushed me to the back burner. They answered & returned my calls in a very timely manner and if they didn't have the answer, which was rare, they would find out and get back to me. I ran into some medical issues which quickly became life and death and needed to escalate the closing date and they did that in a couple of days. Through it all they were right with me even when they were sick, or had other pressing issues. I really can't say enough about this team. They even sent me a very nice personalized gift. If the rest of Veterans United is represented by Jeff & Shan then the company will have no problems. I just hope that they get to explain this closing/situation to people further up the ladder, i'm sure they would be rewarded. VU gives the best experience you could ever find. Being that im a Vet, it made it that much easier. They will make sure to push hard to get you to your closing date. I definitely recommend them to anyone who is serious about getting there dream home.
