Veterans United, was very responsive, respectful of our needs! Helped us get into our home, smoothly and easily. They help us even when no one else would, thanks to all the people who were involved!!

Overall the service was very good from the Loan Coordinator standpoint but had some issues with some inconsistent information with the initial loan estimate and the final closing costs associated. We also had issues with setting up the signing for closing documents since we were purchasing a property out of state. It ended up all working out but came down to the wire. I’d still recommend Veterans United though because I thought my loan coordinator was awesome. Thanks for all the help Matt!

Overall the experience was fantastic. The team did their best to stay in contact with me about everything and keep the process moving in a positive direction.

Working with Jason and his stellar team was an extraordinary experience. I would recommend VU to my friends.

I think that more closing cost options would be great help for Veterans that doesn't have the money. Have a program where Veterans could choose between no down payment or no closing cost.

Veterans United was there at every turn, no matter how many questions I had, they were there to answer them and were very supportive! I highly recommend that anyone who is buying a home would use them. I would do it all over again with Veterans United!!!

It was all painless. No problems.
