Sometimes playing phone tag can be difficult and you have to wait for information. But with Veterans United it is all on the website and it is very easy to navigate.

Nathan is great and very knowledgeable about the entire mortgage loan process. He is easy to get in touch with and willing to answer all questions. Patient and kind. The app is great very user friendly and keeps everything on task….i love the check off list seems to make everything go a lot smoother.
