We worked with Alec Garbs as our Loan Officer and Brenda Kelly as our Loan Coordinator, and we always knew what was expected of us to stay on track towards the agressive closing date which we selected. They communicated extremely well with our realtors and our title company by striking the right balance between emails, text messages, and phone calls. The Veterans United portal is very intuitive, and Alec and Brenda were exceptionally efficient at managing my to-dos on the portal. More than anything else, I knew that Alec and Brenda always had my best interests top of mind. They are extraordinary representatives for Veterans United. If you’re looking for a quick and relatively easy process it’s hard to find another place. They set you up with a realtor, are quick to respond, and will look after you through the entire process.
