The personnel are courteous however the turn around time for receiving information requested can be timely. Documents to be signed and acknowledged on the same day have mismatched amounts which can delay the closing process. Some information at the beginning of the sale is contradicting when the final paperwork is done. Suggested agents by Veterans United are not familiar with the area for selling, buying and documents for real estate in select counties. Overall the process was a fair one but I would not recommend them.
Response from Veterans United
Suzzetta, we value your feedback, and thank you for allowing us to look into your experience. Yes, the loan process can be at times stressful and lengthy in time. Documents are always subject to change until the day of closing. Our teams are always looking for ways to relieve such stress for our veterans. Thank you again.

Highly recommend the team

Sarah hapka was also great

DO NOT USE THEM!!!! If you do ensure you get an experienced loan officer who actually cares about your home buying experience. No one was willing to help us even in a hard time.
Response from Veterans United
