They answered all of my questions, gave me an agent I could use (that turned out to be amazing), and next thing I knew I had an offer being accepted. Wow, what an experience to have with one caring and responsive team. Veteran's United does not fall short in the level of commitment they provide for their customers. I'd know since I was fortunate enough to close on a home using Veteran's United. All my questions were answered. Every engagement was met. The responsiveness was 100%!

Overall the processing went smooth. Communication was lacking a bit but may be due to a higher than average market drive.
This is my fourth VA loan and second through Chad Bowman and his team. From excellent communications to outstanding punctuality, Chad and his team are by far the best in the business! I consistently recommend all of my veteran friends to give Chad a call before going anywhere else for their VA loans!
