More communication would have been better. I had to drive a long way from where I live to where I purchased my home and asked to know everything I would need for closing. The extra fee for the radon test could have been discussed and explained but I was surprised and didn’t have my check book because I wasn’t aware I needed it.

Well I enjoyed the service I still believe that I could have had a better interest rate. The 3.5% was too excessive but it’s better than anything.
