I started looking into refinancing my VA loan based on the lower rates available. I talked to my mortgage company, a major financial institution, and Veterans United. Veterans United contacted me back immediately and put me in touch with a wonderful well experienced person, Amy Carder. Amy let me know all the options available and gave specific numbers to make my decision easier. It took days for my mortgage company to get back with me and offer a different conventional loan at a higher rate. Veterans United is definitely the right company for Veterans.
