Zachary Nelson and Britney George are two of the greatest people to work with but I’m sure there are others that are just as helpful and knowledgeable as they were. Also our loan was finished in less than forty five days. So believe me it was so fast and smooth.

Pretty Good overall experience but you, as a customer, should be checking rates like a hawk and don't be afraid to buy a 45 day lock if you think the rates are going up. I was told to hold as the "rates are going down" by my lender. I knew that was likely a big mistake as all indicators pointed to a rate hike approaching if you watch the markets like I do. At the end of the day it cost me big time. Lesson learned I guess. It is what it is. Lender was a good guy and always attentive and the online portal allows for everything to be seemless ...just make sure you are watching out for you.
