I would reach out to Stephen again if I get another loan!
Very smooth process of purchasing my home.
This team has been very clear and profession throughout the whole process. I honestly feel comfortable recommending Greg and the team to anyone. As a veteran the programs or assistance I have qualified for has been mostly disappointing with customer service and passion. This is not the case with anyone I have encountered with Veterans United, I do feel they have my family’s best interest at heart and this is why I am committed to Veterans United; I hope others do too
My loan officer Kayla Massie was very knowledgeable and walked me through every step of the way. Another thing I really liked as well was her response time to all of my concerns and phone calls. If she was not available I would always hear back in a timely manner which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend working with Kayla to any other Veteran looking to buy a home. It was a pleasure to work with my team and Veterans United!Thank you,

Thank you all so much for your help. However there were too many stressful times. But great job!
This was the most stressful thing i have ever done. Leaving my home going into the unknown. Your team guided me threw the whole prosses keeping me informed the whole way. I would have never done this without them. Each person was amazing. Thank you all so much I will never forget you and what you did for me and my family.
Veterans united was always on my side and fought for me every step of the way !!
Kyle Riggs and Kate Keating make an amazing team. Always on top of documents I needed to fill out and extremely helpful throughout the entire process of refinancing our home. Kyle kept me informed on the steps and Kate never let me slip on paperwork. Very professional team. 10/10 would recommend.
I felt comfortable with Dave and Katie and they were professional and very helpful.
Quickest, smoothest and most personable VA mortgage experience on the market.
The whole process was great from beginning to end. That's due to the wonderful team I had the opportunity to work with.
The mortgage process through Veterans United was nearly flawless, which I can't say about any other mortgage company or bank. The staff kept me informed along the way and far exceeded my expectations. The only suggestion I have would be for underwriters to put a why with their questions when more information is needed or they want the home buyer to write explanations about issues that don't seem to affect the loan. I complied with everything that was asked of me, though there were some things that I still have no idea why I needed to tender an explanation, and a couple of things that were required that I felt were unnecessary. However, it didn't delay loan approval or closing and the questions weren't worth arguing about.
Response from Veterans United

Great experience overall with the exception of the clerical error and Bart Townsends poor customer service. He created a great deal of stress in our lives due to his short-sided attention to detail. Early on in the process we requested a complete list of to do items due to my overseas travel schedule . He continued to send them sporadically and required immediate responses (same day most times) when it was impossible to do so. Remember that an email sent is not an email read due to many factors, including WiFi availability and connectivity.
The entire VU team made my home-buying experience an absolute pleasure. They provided me with much needed support, were more than willing to answer my questions, and made me feel like a valued customer. I would recommend VU to any veteran wanting to purchase a home and have the support of a competent and willing team by their side. Thank you for everything.
