I feel too many people involved with no answers to my questions. I understand training is a must in any organization, just think that most of the answers I needed were coming from people who didn't know.
if I could go back in time I would not have used veterans united and will tell others not to use them as well. The part that bothers me is my money will be going to this company for years to come so I will be contacting a different company and refinancing when the time is right. Everyone i talk to about this say i should contact a lawyer to recuperate losses so we shall what I decide to do.

Great and Professional group of People
Was recommended through my sister in-law who is a loan specialist in North Carolina. I first tried my bank Wells Fargo which is like using the DMV. And Quicken Loans who were ok but hard to get answers back and we’re calling from Chicago or close to there. So Veterans United Won. They were quick and while I locked in at 2.675 they called me when it dropped to 2.25 and said they locked me in at that. Wow all I had to worry about was nothing...
