I found the mortgage process to be easy and transparent. My POC, Scott Davis, was great to work with and made sure my mortgage was squared away quickly. This is my second time working with both Scott and VU. I will certainly do so again if the need should arise.
Didn't know what to think of Veteran homebuyers but the experience with Brad ( Not his assistants) I always felt like he had my back. Quick responses, even when I knew that He had a lot on his plate. I really Liked working with him.
Nina chapin needs to be in upper management at least. She went above and beyond to make our home buying experience worth it. I didn’t like how veterans United swapped our lead out halfway through.

I knew interest rates had fallen as I was being contacted daily by other companies to refinance my home. I assumed a refinance would be complicated, time consuming and expensive.
I was wrong.
Nick contacted me and offered to refinance my home and explained the process in detail. He put my concerns to rest.
He was absolutely truthful in everything he said.
The process was easy and he has saved me a bunch of money with minimal time invested in the entire refinance process.

My experience with Veterans United has always been positive. They are a great company.
Veterans United was a new product to me and skepticism was initially sorted because I am use to dealing with people more face to face and you never know when or how technology will hold up in these circumstances. However, I felt the organization and contacts were genuine and, to date, in my best interest and I appreciate their due diligence.
