First and foremost, Thank you all! Second, I'm glad it's over! At 55, this is my first home purchase. The first home I went under contract with was not so great, but I lay the blame on a shifty seller and an even shiftier seller's agent! Lesson learned. Regroup and got it done right the very next house with a new agent (Christi) I believe picked by Nicki & facilitated by Nicki & Rachel. In the end you all got me into the home I wanted so thank you!

Dane and Codi made the process extremely easy and painless. They were always able to pick up the phone or give me a call back very quickly. They were able to answer all my questions and were very professional and respectful. They were also able to work with me on waiting for me to secure my job. I didn't know how to start the process, but I saw the ad from Veterans United and I'm very glad that I chose them. I've bought houses before, but Veterans United made the process much easier. They did all the work necessary. They found the reality company, made sure that all of our ducks were in a row, and helped with every step and detail.

They were there immediately with any questions we had, and hustled to get everything done on a short notice when we were finally able to close. No unnecessary waiting or lags, and constant communication. Would recommend them to anyone, especially first time buyers like we were.
