That brings united got my loan based on my income, which was $4100.02 weeks after I closed on my home the VA cut my pay to 2100 for no reason with no factual basis at all if they don’t get this fixed right away, it’s very possible that I will lose my home for reasons that are absolutely false

I was so fearful when starting the process to buy a home. I was afraid of being disappointed with being turned down. All of my fears were put to rest after the first call from Veterans United. From your first call you are set-up with a team that will have your back and always be at your side throughout the whole process. Kelly and her team exceeded our expectations with the level of communication thought the whole loan process from pre-approval to closing. Any time additional information was needed from us Kelly or her team members reached out. Any questions we had Kelly the team were a text, email or a phone call away. Always prompt and never having to guess what was next or what the timeline was.

Aaron Rand has been with me throughout my entire home buying process. I called Aaron many times with questions about my loan. Almost every time I called Aaron, nine times out of ten, Aaron answered my calls. If Aaron was busy helping other veterans and unable to pick up my call, Aaron called me back shortly after I called him.
