Seth and Nico were phenomenal. Seth was particularly impressive in his responsiveness — always quick to answer my questions and ensure communication was seamless. This is especially noteworthy given that they're based in Missouri while I'm in California. Despite the time difference, he always made time for me; I even think at one time he took my call in the middle of his kid's soccer game. What I appreciated most was that they stayed on top of everything and clearly worked hard to push my case forward, regardless of whatever Sir Murphy threw their way.

Normally sellers and realtors cringe when they hear VA loan, but Bryant and Codi changed my whole perspective on that. They were on top of everything, very responsive both by email and phone.
