They explained everything in great detail which I very much appreciated because I did not have any idea where to start or how to start. This was a really tough sale, and the agents (seller and buyer) were so incompetent that she had to start reaching out because no information was coming through.I know she fought hard to get as many fees waived for us, and I am very grateful for her. Veterans United was my last chance to procur a loan for our home! I had exhausted all other avenues. Veterans United gives you all the tools necessary from the 1st call! From the concierge to the credit department to the loan officer and everyone in between, they helped my wife and I get to where we needed to ensure the process was smooth!
