Clayton, Adrienne, and Jeremy made our home buying a seamless experience and navigated the little external hiccups with Grace. On top of all that they took the time to make us feel special with a housewarming gift tailored to our family. It was already an easy choice to work with VU again, but your staff are who make it an experience we will remember!
I was so fearful when starting the process to buy a home. I was afraid of being disappointed with being turned down. All of my fears were put to rest after the first call from Veterans United. I was treated with such respect and personal care. It was like having a friend holding my hand through the whole process. They even provided a beautiful care package for our fur baby Foxy. Can't wait to proudly wear my t-shirt.

First off, in no way do I blame my original loan officer, she went on maternity leave which I whole heartedly support. Unfortunately though, our new handler was not a loan officer and so seemed ill prepared for the remainder of the tasks. We also dealt with an additional FOUR other agents, all of which demonstrated an inability to come up to speed on current status/checkpoints and lack of knowledge regarding my file and answers to questions regarding the loan process. (One agent stated this was my first VA loan, which it was not).

My experience with Veterans United was excellent, they are very helpful at every step, all involved in the process worked great as a team and overall I was overly impressed with all aspects of the process.
