Veterans United and specifically Jared B. Made my first time home buying experience a great one. Jared and his team are great people to work with. They explained everything in great detail which I very much appreciated because I did not have any idea where to start or how to start. If I could shout to the world how amazing Veterans United is I absolutely would! I will be referring everyone I know to go with Veterans United ALWAYS!
The process of refinancing started smoothly however, after weeks and weeks of document requests and going back to the same sources multiple times for different documents I became frustrated. I was told one thing multiple times while another was taking place behind the scenes. I was told things would be done before closing and they were not, when closing time rolled around I messaged and got no response to my questions. I was left to either sign the paperwork and agree to terms I was frustrated with or delay an already frustrating process even longer. Can’t say I would recommend to my fellow service members.

I can also understand how difficult it must have been to reach closing with unanswered questions and feel like your options were to move forward or face another delay.

With as outstanding as chris was i have already suggested 3 of my peers in the army give him a call because they was in the market for a home.

From the concierge to the credit department to the loan officer and everyone in between, they helped my wife and I get to where we needed to ensure the process was smooth! Everyone we dealt with has also stated that they'll be with us even after we got through signing the loan and title! That doesn't happen with standard banks! First and foremost, Thank you all! Second, I'm glad it's over! At 55, this is my first home purchase. The first home I went under contract with was not so great, but I lay the blame on a shifty seller and an even shiftier seller's agent! Lesson learned. Regroup and got it done right the very next house with a new agent (Christi) I believe picked by Nicki & facilitated by Nicki & Rachel. In the end you all got me into the home I wanted so thank you!
