I have worked with Charles and VU a few times already and they definitely make the process smooth and seamless. Buying a house is a stressful life event but working with Veterans United eased the burden significantly. I would (and do) recommend VU every time.
Veterans United was my last chance to procur a loan for our home! I had exhausted all other avenues. Veterans United gives you all the tools necessary from the 1st call! From the concierge to the credit department to the loan officer and everyone in between, they helped my wife and I get to where we needed to ensure the process was smooth! Everyone we dealt with has also stated that they'll be with us even after we got through signing the loan and title! That doesn't happen with standard banks! First and foremost, Thank you all! Second, I'm glad it's over! At 55, this is my first home purchase. The first home I went under contract with was not so great, but I lay the blame on a shifty seller and an even shiftier seller's agent! Lesson learned. Regroup and got it done right the very next house with a new agent (Christi) I believe picked by Nicki & facilitated by Nicki & Rachel. In the end you all got me into the home I wanted so thank you!
Dorian did an amazing job helping me through the home loan and buying experience. He was able to guide me along the way and answer all the questions i had. Even when i called at a later time in the day he was still there to answer. He made my home buying experience easy and less stressful. Even when i had issues along the way on my side he presented different ways to resolve the issue
