Sean, ShaNiece, and Drew, were absolutely outstanding throughout our home buying process. They were all very patient and considerate with staying in contact with me when it came to the process while I was at work. They understood what I was looking for and what I was trying to do, and even steered me in the right direction if I was going off track. There is not enough words to explain how great and personable this team was throughout this process. Yes, I would definitely recommend the team I had to help me maneuverer through the homebuying process. If I had to do it over again, I would want the same team. And Jeremy, was phenomenal, kind, understanding and I felt so confident throughout each phase of the loan. I didn't know about VU, but from this point on I will recommend all I encounter who wants to buy a home to VU.

This has been one hell of a journey for my daughter and I but Veterans and ALL of their staff i feel went above and beyond to get us in or home. From helping me step by step with my credit to getting all the paperwork that was needed. After hours calls to emails they are very prompt at responding and giving you positive advise. Pre approval process was great. However, once the mortgage approval began, communication was practically non existent. Information sent was overlooked and had to reinforce to team to actually look at the documents actually sent. Total communication failure!
