I was impressed with Veterans United. I know VU is not affiliated with the VA, but going into this I had an impression that this would be a long drawn out & very difficult process as some things in the VA can be. The VU team did a great job thru & thru. The only thing that I would inquire for the VU team to change is possibly being able to "dumb down" the home buying experience for first timers like myself - some of the information that was first presented to me was difficult to understand & was information I would have liked explained a little slower & in depth. I know the VU does this every day so it is difficult to put things in leymans terms, but that is one thing I would try to get a little better at. Thank you!
