The purchase of this property was under the worst circumstances you could imagine. It was a forced purchase. I had been trying to ride out the housing market for several years in a neglected rental property by the beach. Because it was by the beach I let a lot of stuff slide. Part of the staircase collapsed one day and it eventually led to a battle with unscrupulous property managers and the property being condemned. I am a disabled veteran with a stress related condition. Im stressed to max on a normal day, so i was about losing my mind through most of this process, but Ross and his team were patient and understanding. They explained everything in detail sometimes more than once. I might add I am also not a people person . Honestly, I wouldnt want to work with me being a Marine I have an abrasive edge when i feel threatened, but Ross and his team were great . I highly recommend them and would use them again for sure.
