Too many people to send information to should be dealing with one person to be less confused on documents needed..staff was very knowledgeable but I don't use the verbage that they use every day. Needs to be simplified. Not everyone is tech savvy. Much of older veterans are old school. Have a conversation

He understood the loan application process and when things went haywire, which they did several times, he always had the answers. He is knowledgeable and a problem solving genius. Honestly it was hard to reach everyone and very complicated and a lot more of a hassle compared to when I went with veterans first honestly I would go with them over veterans united we finished very last minute and was a constant hassle

Wow!! What an amazing experience I had!! Everyone involved in the process really helped me! In the beginning, I started off scared because buying a home is such a big purchase, but the team really guided, they were truthful, and easy to work with! They never let me down, and right away I started having a great time looking for a home!

Every one worked really hard to get this done. Even with our upset of finding out my previous loan is still being used. Special shout out to Morgan she helped us fix some issues with our credit.
