Veterans United was wonderful through this very difficult process. This is the second time we used a VA loan, and our loan officer walked us through the steps while explaining everything. The dashboard to submit paperwork online was super convenient and a million times better then how we went through the process the first time through a different loan lender. While Closing, we ran into several snags with the underwriter and our team did everything they could to get us to close in a timely manner! Our family is very appreciative of everything they did for us!
The people in this company from the loan team all the way to Realitor bent over backwards until I was totally happy. Veterans United made the home buying experience easy. You can get everything done through them; loan, realtor, inspection, insurance, etc. They have someone for everything.
If in doubt or not sure, Call Them. This was my first home purchase and did not believe anyone would be able to successfully help me buy a home at my age. They took the ball and really did the hard work for me. Just ask. You will not know unless You do.
