The VU website and interface is very easy to upload all of your documents throughout the pre-approval and loan process.
Have nothing but good things to say about these folks, easy process from start to finish, I especially like their " to do list" this basically let's you know what docs or info they need in a simple and straight forward manner and as you upload and send it gets crossed off from list, perfect for first time buyer to navigate through the process.

When I started my home buying process, I was dealing with another mortgage company. The other company told me that I did not qualify for a VA mortgage. I spoke with Mike Ward and he said "Let me work on it, too and see what I can do". I let both work on it for a little while. It did not take long before I realized that Mike was the better choice. My wife and I just moved into our new home. I really did not expect to be a homeowner. Mike and his team really took care of me.
