Chemistry is very important in the home buying process. Seeing that everyone is working for a commission, Make sure that the VA's representatives have the your best interest in mind... and not just their commission. Also in my personal experience, when the mistakes or tardiness is at the fault of the service provider....there is no compensation.
Yet, they all expect to get paid.

Steven Blakley was a major reason we used veterans united for our initial loan and the reason we stayed with veterans united when we decided to refinance when the rates dropped even when we had a couple of other options from other lenders offering a slightly lower rate. He was very transparent on all the details and earned our trust and knew that we would be taken care of through this whole process.
