I wouldn't use VU again. Worst experience by far out of three VA loans and cost me the most money up front by a long shot. Felt like a criminal through it all. It was easier to get my secret government clearance than close with VU with an over 800 credit score and no debt besides one car loan and a tiny debt to income ratio. Anyone without a high credit score I feel would be doomed from the start.Also didn't appreciate that the day after I applied I started receiving 5-7 calls every day from telemarketers that has calmed to 2-3 after over two months. But I used to get 1-2 a week. VU sells personal data for financial gain.

DO NOT USE Lack of communication and being lazy they asked for 26 parts of information 55 times they are to lazy to go through the paper work you send them.
