




As a former banker and loan administrator, I was so impressed with how fast, professional, and friendly everyone on the team was to work with. They made our stressful home buying process so much easier by communicating with me via text while I was working during the day, giving me updates all along the way, and getting our loan approved very quickly. Loved our experience with Kendall and Drew!


Kevin Reichert worked very hard on pulling the loan together. We passed up an initial offer for a second offer that was $12,000 higher as we were told the rate would be bought down. From that point on we were never satisfied with the loan. The seller credit were used to pay for closing costs. The rate was never bought down as we were told. At one point it was as low as 4.99% and was never locked in. The process was very frustrating and at no point did we feel we were getting what was promised. We ended up over paying for the home and ended up with a 5.25% rate. We felt like several concessions were made by the lender to make up for all of the short falls and for not following through with what was initially promised. Expectations were high in the beginning based on what we were told but then were never fulfilled. Not at all satisfied with the process.

The team over all was very helpful. They made my loan process very easy for me to get through. I would highly recommend Bryant and his team to anyone that is wanting to work with veterans united to get a home loan
