We were extremely impressed with how knowledgeable and thorough Jason was. I’ve been a loan processor for 15 years in WA state - the process is a bit different there; however, I’ve never seen any of the loan officers so hands on and take initiative as Jason had. It was refreshing and the process was extremely smooth. Without Jason, I honestly think we would have given up on the house between the ball being dropped so many times being the agents, seller, and escrow agent. Veteran’s United process was extremely efficient - we lucked out at finding them after reaching out to a few lenders (all with fantastic reviews) and didn’t feel comfortable with their sales-y vibe. We cannot recommend them enough.

Jerry and his team made this whole process smooth. Jerry was always available for any questions we had. We were blown away when after a call with Jerry during the loan process, we had mentioned it was our anniversary that day. A couple of days later, we had an anniversary gift from Jerry. It is hard to find customer service like that! He went above and beyond and we are grateful. We trusted him to handle our loan and would happily let him do it again.
Chris Campbell was an awesome dude to work with, I have recommended him to my entire Squadron and he has earned Veterans United a ton of business from all of us. He helped many of us with our initial home purchases, and has gone beyond with several refinances for many of us just a year later.
