My only complaint with Veterans United is the slow response time on Sundays. Otherwise they were very responsive, helpful, and overall pleasant to work with!
With so many lenders out there today, we are so glad we chose Veterans United Home Loans. Our first experience with them 5 years ago to purchase our home was next to none in the customer service department. This time around during a refinance they were outstanding in walking us through a process we had never been through before. Erin and Grace were such a pleasure to work with. From the pre-approval process, all the way through closing day, Erin and her team kept me up to date and thoroughly explained any questions I had. After renting for close to 10 years, and with how drastic Colorado property values were increasing, my wife and I figured we should try and buy a house. I was pre-approved in about thirty minutes and was able to buy my family a beautiful home near the mountains in a quiet neighborhood. What more can a man ask for? It was a truly surreal experience and I highly recommend Veterans United, and specifically Erin Craig, and her team.

When I read all the other reviews for Veterans United saying that they made the home buying process easy, I didn't believe it. Now I am a believer, Veterans United made the easiest home buying experiences I have ever had. Not to mentioned, the loan team was nothing short of amazing and even sent us thoughtful gifts on our journey to out new home.
The whole process was so smooth and easy! Any time I had a question, it was answered in detail. We ultimately closed 2 weeks early! The online tools (file uploads, esigning documents) is robust and reliable. Awesome experience and highly recommend.
We talked twice on the phone other then that a few texts I just felt like it would have been nice to have someone check in more and explain the whole process better for a first time home buyer we will not be using you guys if we buy again just because we felt like things we not really explained to us and we would get texts instead of a phone call to do something on the website
