Felicia Solomon was great !!!! But as I said there is a lot of "sister company's" as they call themselves floating around this process that were pushy, went forward with house insurance without my authorization and auto insurance for Alabama and I'm not there yet !!! All out of the Cincinnati group insurance...bad, bad, bad

Like we have said before, communication with the Senior Representative was terrible. Locking in rates and working with customers really needs some major improvements. After working with Veterans United this time (we have secured mortgages over three times), it will be the last. We do appreciate being able to finally complete this particular process though as it finally turned out.
