Heidi and her team were awesome, made buying my first home as easy as possible. They kept me in the loop the entire process. I would highly recommend calling Heidi and her team at veterans United.
Although I gave high marks to Shane, I cannot say the same about some of his colleagues. One of them, Sarah, seemed to be out of touch with the process.she apparently did not know when our closing was and did not always let us know what was needed until it was overdue. She needs to coordinate with Shane more closely.
