Overall it was a good job. Maybe it's because first time I did a VA loan and third house I have bought. The first was through owner finance. The communication wasn't as good as I felt it should of been. But I would definitely recommend Veterans United.

Nick Haller was amazing right from the start and very knowledgable of his job. I was seriously dreading the home buying process for the 2nd time but he made it so easy. Any questions I had, he was very prompt to answer either by email or phone he was extreme professionalism. There is no such thing as stupid questions with Nick Haller and his team. His other co worker, Marissa, was great as well. You can tell that they both throughly enjoy helping veterans get into their dream homes and thats what made the process so smooth. Their love for their work is what really stands out.In general, Veterans United home loans has been an amazing experience. From the very beginning to the very end. They provided all the information that was needed whether it came to documents for closing or services and providers for tv/internet etc in the area of which I would be moving too. Nick and Marissa even went out of their way to get information for me on how I go about getting tax exempt for the mortgage.
