The process was easy, efficient, and on time. If we had questions or concerns, the team would reply and remedy any potential issues. We would use Veterans United again for home loans.
Everything went great until the last several weeks and then communication stopped. I was trying to plan flights and time off work, travel and coordinate things around a closing that was pushed back a week with no word from Veterans United, I didn't know what was going on and kept having to pick days in the future to turn on utilities as I didn't have specific dates. I was going on a "guess" from my agent.If this wasn't a home I want to move my family into I would have called this off and switched lenders. The breach of trust was that bad.

A truly amazing service that looks out for Veterans and their families!
