I was skeptical about where I wanted to live in the beginning but when my son showed me this house on the Zillow App and begged me to go look at it on a Sunday afternoon I'm glad I gave in to him and made arrangements to look at it and it had the perfect lay out for what I wanted to invest in and now that we haven't been able to relax yet I know I will enjoy everything about it when I get finished moving in. When a question is asked by the client answer it. As in answer the question that was asked. The exact question. Do not assume anything. Behave as if you are in boot camp dealing with a drill instructor. Answer the question that was asked. Not a F****** ounce of deviation from the literal application of the wording of the question.
