the only problem I had was with updater trying to get TV service I picked out a plan and the last step was to call a number to get finalized. When I called I was told that that option price was wrong but they could set me up at a higher price. (THE OLD BAIT AND SWITCH). Totally displeased with it. Ashley gave me a link to complain and I did but did not hear back
