I recently purchased my home through Veterans United, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. My loan officer, Shane Martin, was amazing — he guided me through the process, explained exactly what I needed to do to get my credit where it needed to be, and was always quick to answer my calls or messages.Taylor Kelly, my loan coordinator, went above and beyond and was with me every step of the way, making sure everything went smoothly and that I understood each step of the process.
