I ended up with VU for the Easy process, streamline and user friendly document upload and review system, constant and responsive communication, having texting email and telephonic access to my loan officer, and support team handling all aspects of a home purchase with a snapshot list of contact information specific to my home’s location to set up utilities alarm companies... and with all of this, the one main reason I went with VU is my the loan officer Samantha Rustemeyer! Sam handled my loan process with precision! Sam is a YES person, a positive, brilliant, organized and ALWAYS available representative of VU who ALWAYS had a CAN DO attitude with everything from the first phone conversation until I closed!Being a Veteran, we are accustomed to effective communication, doing what you say you will do, and doing your job, VU and specifically Sam were an overachiever in all areas! Some lenders say they specialize in VA loans but it never turns out that way, rocket mortgage was not honest and tried to take advantage of us, I couldn’t even get a response to an email from US Bank after pre-approval and they even have my current mortgage.The support from VU is second to none! Veteran’s experience the worst of the worst life has to throw at us and because of this fact, SERVICE means a lot to us. You will experience TOP service in ALL areas of support from VU throughout your loan process.Veterans United only deals with veterans and they know exactly what’s they are doing.
