I'm pretty sure the process would have went more smoothly had the seller did not passed away and things went to probate causing excessive delays and the holiday timing and even some health issues (covid concerns). All these delays ending up costing me thousands(storage rentals ,campgroung cost etc.) However life is the lords planned journey .
