Customer service was near non existent. I was not updated on information. No one called to explain documents. This process was way too stressful and I have previously purchased 2 homes with USAA

My loan specialist recommended a title company that I would never recommend to anyone. My closing date did not occur as scheduled and no one contacted me to provide any information. Communication was terrible.
