Very good experience
I really liked how Veterans United went beyond simply processing the mortgage, and provided assistance in locating a real estate agent and, once I found a home, helped me in preparing for the move. It was an all-inclusive service that I wouldn't have found in a conventional mortgage provider.
We can't recommend Veterans United highly enough! We have worked with them twice now. The first time was such a smooth, seamless process it made buying a house a breeze, so naturally we picked them when we moved again. This time was a more complex and time constrained situation, but we experienced the same unbelievably high level of professionalism from VU. They really worked hard for us and were instrumental in us getting our top choice house. We are beyond grateful that we have had Veterans United on our side.
Chelsa Perkins is the loan officer you want as your team leader, will be with you through out the process. Very knowledgeable, but if there is a question that she doesn't know the answer, she will consult one of her team mates and get back with you. I had a few hickups

Our experience working with Veterans United, Shane Martin and his team was effortless.
