Recommend fixing the app, there were times I was unable to log on. However, every person that my wife and I interacted with throughout this home buying experience was phenomenal. Professional, hospitable, and very knowledgeable, the team was able to make this first time experience very informative and stress free throughout the entire process.
Benji & Team were fantastic through the whole process! Kept us informed and everything moved very smoothly. Would absolutely recommend them for anyone looking for a home loan.

Katy, Steph, and Matt were all incredible. Absolutely a joy to work with. They are rockstars.The problem I had with Vet United is all the other people at Vet United calling me everyday throughout the day.
Not everyone is on the East Coast. Not all of us have jobs were we can just take a random call. To have 3 calls in one morning before 9am as a teacher is annoying to say the least.
Please, stop that. It puts a bad taste in something that was otherwise a great experience.
Also, if someone is gunna randomly call, the least they could do is read the file on us. I don't need to explain that I already am working with an agent, or already have a warranty, or already have closed....

Veterans United was very efficient and communicated through every step of the process. Veterans United always checked in to see how the things were going. It was easy and the process was smooth. I would recommend Veterans United to all Veterans looking to purchase a home.
All around this was fast moving which for me makes me a little uneasy. We have never purchased a home before and have heard terrible stories. However, the whole team start to finish was OUTSTANDING!!! Anything we needed or any questions we had the Team was right there every step of the way. Truly appreciate all the hard work and the power team that supported us through our first time home buying process.
I am very disappointed with Veterans United and in particular, Ian Reed. The closing was supposed to be May 23rd. The paperwork was completed until the 22nd which meant we had to wait 3 business days. The closing was completed on the 27th. I sent Ian numerous emails and phone calls to make sure everything would be done by the 23rd. Ian ignored my emails and calls and didn't change the items that he was supposed to (the origination fee and the interest rate) until the 22nd. Ian has very unprofessional attitude and didn't take responsibility or apologize for ignoring my calls or not having the paperwork done in a timely manner. I would not recommend Ian Reed or Veterans United to anyone. Although, Veterans United is not affiliated with the Veterans Administration, they should treat Veterans with more dignity and respect.
